Aloe Vera was one of the first things I started selling, simply because it was so hearty and multiplied like crazy. I was cleaning out a container my mom had and I was throwing away all these pups. I just couldn’t do it anymore so I decided to keep them and pot them up. I sold them for a couple of bucks in the neighborhood and then later used them in container gardens and at classes. The only thing I really knew about aloe was that it was great to put on your sunburn. I wanted to do a little research and see if aloe had any other uses and the results were pretty shocking to me. I am sure while you are reading this you are recalling ways of your own that you have used aloe but read on, I bet there is a use or two that you didn’t know about!

Was there something on this list that surprised you? Give it a try. I will admit, I have been very limited on the ways I have tried aloe but I am quite intrigued by some of these uses. The first thing I would like to try is using it as a hair conditioner but I fear my hair may be too thick. I wish I would have thought about it when I cut my finger but ‘lucky’ for me I will have many more opportunities to test it on wounds. What new item on the list are you ready to try?
